MBR MEMBRANES
MBR is an advanced wastewater treatment technology that combines biological treatment with membrane filtration. It utilizes specialized MBR membranes to separate solids, bacteria, and other contaminants from wastewater, resulting in high-quality treated water. Our MBR systems are designed to efficiently remove pollutants, including suspended solids, organic matter, and nutrients, from various sources such as municipal wastewater, industrial effluents, and more. With their compact design, robust performance, and reliable operation, our MBR systems provide a sustainable solution for wastewater treatment, meeting stringent discharge standards and promoting environmental sustainability.
GLASS FUSED TANK
Glass-fused-to-steel tanks (also known as glass-lined steel tanks or GLS tanks) represent a cutting-edge storage solution. Created through a high-temperature firing process of 820°C-930°C, this method allows molten glass to react with steel plate surfaces, forming a robust and corrosion-resistant bond. The fusion of steel’s strength and flexibility with glass’s exceptional corrosion resistance makes GFS tanks ideal for enduring harsh environments and providing years of reliable service.
Glass-fused-to-steel technology stands out as an advanced coating method in the tank market. The molten glass coating ensures exceptional corrosion and wear resistance, validated by decades of successful installations. The modular bolted connection design of GFS tanks further enhances cost-efficiency during on-site installation.
ZINC AL CORRUGATED STEEL TANK
The circular corrugated sectional steel water tank is a cheaper option for water storing and its easier
installation have prevailed globally. The tank is assembled by different sizes of galvanized steel panel
for wall, and food-grade tarpaulin for internal which contact with water, therefore any size can be
customized, and suitable for water storage.
High-strength zinc galvanized panel could providing strength and long-lasting. It could fit each project’s
use, as well as for any environmental challenges including sub-zero temperatures, high winds, and even
seismic activity.
